New TESCAN SEM for Goodrich Actuation Systems UK
Goodrich Actuation Systems, based in Wolverhampton have ordered a TESCAN VEGA 3 sem. This new system will also be fitted with an Oxford Instruments INCA EDX system.
Delivery and installation will be in mid December
