Bodycote select TESCAN
Bodycote Testing in Newbridge, Midlothian have recently replaced their Jeol T220 SEM fitted with an Oxford AN10000 edx system with a TESCAN VEGA ll 'LMH' SEM complete with Thermo-Noran NS202e x-ray microanalysis system.
Final installation is scheduled for March 08 and more details will be available then.
