Tescan Celebrate Manufacture of 500th Vega SEM
Tescan have recently celebrated the manufacture of their 500th Vega SEM which will be installed at the Ocean Science Institute in Korea.
From the beginning the Vega SEM has offered a unique electron optical design with an intermediate lens that allows unprecedented imaging capabilities such as the extra wide field of view, depth of field and 3D reconstruction. The current Vega is the second generation of the microscope with eight basic models which can be configured to best suit customer's needs.
