Tescan EasyProbe Launched at Aachen
Tescan launched their new EasyProbe SEM at the EMC in Aachen this month.
The EasyProbe is a combination of a compact SEM integrates with a Bruker EDS microanalysis system.
The main focus of the EasyProbe is ease of usage, allowing high quality results to be obtained by inexperienced users. This makes Easy probe particularly suitable for multi-user environments such as universities and high throughput laboratories.
The One-Touch EDX toolbox extends the features of the EasySEM touch screen interface which has previously been available. This allows ease of imaging and the ability to make quantitative EDS microanalysis directly from the live image with a single touch.
