Tescan Scanning Electron Microscopes for ISS

Tescan offer two families of microscope. The VEGA series is a family of high-quality, fully PC-controlled scanning electron microscopes designed for high vacuum or variable pressure operations. There are eight models provided with various chambers according to the users´ requirements. Variables include the choice of chamber size, stage movement precision and operation platform.
