Trinty College Dublin choose TESCAN FESEM
The Centre for Microscopy and Analysis recently purchased a new TESCAN MIRA field emission SEM. After a competitive tender process the centre selected the TESCAN microscope ahead of systems offered from other major manufacturers. The microscope was successfully installed in late February and will soon have an Oxford Instruments EDX system installed to enhance the already impressive specification.
