ISS is one of the largest independent service organisations in Europe and can offer preventative, contract and breakdown cover for most makes and models of Electron Microscopes and preparation equipment at very competitive prices.

Contract service
ISS offer contracts to suit each client’s requirements:
- Full – includes all maintenance, call-out charges and spares
- Basic maintenance – yearly maintenance check
- Emergency call-out – the “as needed” service option
Support products
- Equipment relocation – if you are moving laboratory or location, contact us for a quotation to handle the process of moving your instruments for you.
- Spares and consumables – as well as supplying parts for the instrumentation we supply, ISS also carries a large inventory of spares for older systems which may no longer be supported by the original manufacturer – contact us for your needs.
- Custom solutions – with a very experienced engineering team, ISS can customise solutions for you interfacing instrumentation from different manufacturers. This may also include software solutions – contact ISS and see if they can help you.
- System valuation – insurance valuations are available on your instrumentation either for relocation coverage or replacement in case of damage. Contact ISS for their terms to value your equipment.
