Meiji Techno

Meiji Techno manufactures a wide variety of microscopes for a multitude of applications. Below you will find details of the most commonly used microscopes. Contact ISS to discover the complete range available for users in science, education and industry. If you would like help in configuring the right microscope for your application, call or email our technical support and sales staff, we will be happy to assist you.

Stereo Microscopes

Meiji RZ stereo microscope

Unlike conventional compound microscopes, stereo microscopes enable the viewer to observe the sample in 3 dimensions.  An invaluable tool in any field where the ability to manipulate the sample under the microscope is necessary, Meiji stereo microscopes are available to suit all applications and budgets.

Polarising Microscopes

Meiji Techno have just released their brand new range of transmitted and incident light polarising microscopes.  With ergonomically positioned controls and the new S.Plan strain free optical system which is infinity corrected the study of sections is made easy wtih the MT9000.

Biological Microscopes

MT5030 with trinocular head

The Meiji range of Biological Microscopes features three levels which allows the user to select the microscope best suited to their application:

MT4000 Series - Entry level microscope

MT5000 Series - Laboratory grade microscope (Pictured)

MT6000 Series - Laboratory Grade microscope featuring epifluorescence

MT4000 Series

The MT4000 series of microscopes feature improved optics incoroprating Meiji's infinity corrected optical system.  This microscope is available with either a binocular (ergonomic binocular available) or trinocular head making it ideal for teaching applications.  Brightfield, darkfield and phase contrast modes are available.

MT5000 Series

Featuring U.Plan optics and your choice of halogen or LED illumination the MT5000 series is perfect for the fast study of specimens.  Available with either a trinocular, binocular or ergonomic binocular head allowing the eyepieces to be inclined between 10 and 50 degrees to suit the user.

MT6000 Series

The MT6000 series of microscopes are configured for brightfield and epifluorescence work but can be fitted with darkfield, phase contrast and polarised light options.  Incoroprating a six position fluorescence module and including three filter positions this system is ideally suited for research applications with its modularity making it an affordable choice.

Metallurgical Microscopes

Meiji MT8300 with trinocular head

Meiji Techno's current range of metallurgical microscopes features two families:

MT7000 Series - Upright, brightfield incident light microscope

MT8000 Series - Upright, brightfield transmitted and incident light microscope

MT7000 Series

The Meiji MT7000 series consists of the MT7000 which features brightfield observation mode and the MT7500 which allows observation under brightfield, darkfield and simple polarised incident light.  Both microscopes are available with either a binocular or trinocular head and an ergonomic binocular head is available.

MT8000 Series

The MT8000 series is made up of the MT8000 where brightfield reflected and transmitted light viewing mades are available and the MT8500 which allows brightfield, darkfield and simple polarised observation under transmitted and incident light.

IM7000 Metallograph

Meiji IM7000 Metallograph

The Meiji IM7000 inverted metallograph makes analysing inverted specimens easy.  Avaliable with either a binocular or trinocular head to allow a camera to be mounted for increased versatility.

Fibre Optic Illuminators

Meiji FT191 fibre optic illuminator

Meiji Techno are able to offer two typs of fibre optical illuminator:

FT191 - Fully positionable dual arm fibre optic light source which can be used for lighting almost any task (Pictured)

FT192 - Fibre optic ring illuminator for use with Meiji RZ and EMZ stereo microscopes and can be adapted to fit Meiji EMT and EMF stereo microscopes
