Veleta (Side Mounted)
The Veleta offers a peltier-cooled CCD chip with 2k x 2k MegaPixel resolution and a dynamic range of 14 bits. This new camera fits perfectly into our product line of sophisticated, side-mounted TEM cameras – the successful and highly recommended MegaView III and the 11 MegaPixel Morada. Veleta reflects current life science, biomedical, materials science and industrial requirements.
Morada (Side Mounted)
The Morada offers a water-cooled CCD chip with up to 11 MegaPixel resolution and a dynamic range of 14 bits. The camera system is comprised of a highly efficient lens-optically coupled phosphor screen, a custom-developed lens as well as highly precise mechanics. The electronic shutter ensures perfect acquisition of images whether conditions require a long or very brief exposure time. Noise is reduced via innovative digital read-out technology resulting in high sensitivity and efficiency as well as an extraordinary signal-to-noise ratio. The Morada allows read-out rates of up to 10 frames per second in the partial read-out mode enabling users to search specimens conveniently at their PC for relevant detail as well as being able to set various microscope parameters.

KeenView G2 (Bottom Mounted)
The KeenViewG2 is the 2nd generation of Olympus Soft Imaging Solutions high resolution and high read-out speed, bottom-mounted TEM CCD camera system. This fibre-optically coupled 14-bit camera sets the benchmark with its finely balanced blend of electronics, optics, design and functionality. The KeenViewG2 is equally practical for users in the biomedical, life sciences, materials science and semiconductor fields.
Quemesa (Bottom Mounted)
High sensitivity and contrast at optimal resolution are the ultimate goals for a TEM camera. Every single photon generated in the scintillator per incident electron is needed. This means the scintillator has to be optimized for the entire pear-shaped interaction volume to achieve maximum signal. Consider the 11 Megapixel Quemesa on-axis TEM camera, where scintillator thickness and pixel size are perfectly matched to the dimensions of the entire interaction volume. This ensures the maximum number of photons is detected and guarantees an outstanding output signal from the cooled CCD chip: the essential requirement for high sensitivity and excellent contrast. But Quemesa offers so much more: a visual field the size of a photo plate and high frame rates enabling genuine live-image work on your monitor.
Cantega G2 (Bottom Mounted)
The fibre-optically coupled scintillator and CCD chip are key to this high-end 14-bit TEM camera system. This innovative technology ensures exceptional sensitivity and tremendous signal yield as well as an extraordinary signal-to-noise ratio by cooling the chip down to as much as - 10°C. Partial read-out technology enables onscreen focussing due to high frame rates making the Cantega G2 perfect for all biomedical, life science and materials science applications. With two scintillator options (YAG and phosphor) this camera can be optimised for application and customer requirements.
ADDA III (SEM Capture)
The ADDA III digital scan interface is the ideal solution for those with older, analogue scanning devices who require digital beam control with an integrated image-acquisition system. The ADDA III can also be used to increase the dynamic range and pixel sizes of images acquired with older digital microscopes. The hardware device offers flexible digital image acquisition with photographic quality and image processing to all commercially available electron microscopes equipped with a scanning device (SEM, STEM). Furthermore, the ADDA III interfaces with the microscope and other third-party equipment. Along with it‘s impressive specifications, this provides the user with tremendous application flexibility, for example, evaluation of morphological and chemical data using a combination of X-ray microanalysis and particle analysis.
